Essence & Co Perfume Bar

Weddings & Engagements

The favour they will actually keep

A styled perfume bar carrying your names and your date — and a bottle in every guest’s hand that they will still be wearing next winter.

Why Couples Book Us

Styling and favours, in one line item

A wedding budget has a lot of competing claims on it. The perfume bar is one of the few elements that answers two of them at once — a genuine feature installation that lifts the room, and the guest favour, handled. No bonbonniere left abandoned under the chairs at midnight.

Receptions

The bar sits as a feature station near the dance floor or entry, open through cocktail hour and into the night.

Engagements

A smaller footprint that still photographs beautifully — ideal for at-home and restaurant engagements.

Nikkah & Henna

Alcohol-free formulations available, and multi-event weekend packages across separate days.

Bridal Showers

The Petite package scaled to an intimate guest list, with labels personalised to the bride.

Personalisation

Made to look like it was built for you

The illuminated front panel carries your names and your date. The bottle labels use your typography. The florals are matched to your palette. The scent menu is printed on your stationery stock if you would like it to be.

None of that is an upgrade — personalised signage and labelling are included in every wedding package we quote.

On The Day

How it runs

01

Two hours before

We arrive, build and style the bar, test the lighting and dispensers, and check the label proofs against your stationery. Finished and out of the way well before your first guest walks in.

02

Through the night

Attendants run the bar for your full hire period, guiding guests through the collection and keeping the queue moving. Roughly 40–50 guests an hour.

03

Pack-down

We break down quietly at the end of the hire period without cutting across speeches or your last dance, and leave the space exactly as we found it.

Wedding FAQ

Questions couples ask

Most couples open the bar as guests arrive at the reception, or immediately after the main meal. Cocktail hour works beautifully — it gives guests something to do while you are away shooting, and it spreads the queue out naturally.

Yes. Floral styling is restyled for every booking and colour-matched to your palette, and your signage and labels use your typography. Send us your mood board and we will work to it.

Often — many of our bookings are multi-event weekends. We can quote a single event or a package across several days, and alcohol-free formulations are available on request.

Comfortably 40–50 guests per hour with one attendant. For guest lists above 150 we recommend The Maison package, which runs a second attendant.
