How booking works
Send us your date and we will confirm availability within 24 hours along with a fixed written quote. Dates are held for five business days while you decide.
A 30% deposit secures the booking, with the balance due 14 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable to a new date within 12 months.
Booking timeline
- 6–12 months out — ideal for peak-season Saturdays
- 3–6 months out — comfortable for most dates
- Under 6 weeks — often possible, always worth asking
- Label artwork finalised 3 weeks before
- Final guest numbers confirmed 14 days before
Questions about cost
Not within Melbourne metro. The package price covers delivery, setup, styling, staffing, all glassware and bottles, custom labelling, signage and pack-down. The only extras are the optional add-ons listed above and regional travel beyond metro Melbourne.
A 30% deposit secures your date, with the balance due 14 days before the event. Dates are held for 5 business days from quote while you decide, then released.
The guest figures are a comfortable throughput guide rather than a hard cap. If your numbers grow after booking, tell us and we will either add an attendant or recommend moving up a package — we would rather adjust than have a queue.
Yes, across regional Victoria. Travel within 50km of the Melbourne CBD is included. Beyond that we charge $1.20 per kilometre return, and bookings over 150km may require accommodation. It is quoted upfront as a fixed figure, never estimated after the event.
Yes. For bookings more than three months out we are happy to split the balance across monthly instalments. Just ask when you book.
Deposits are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable to a new date within 12 months subject to availability. Cancellations inside 14 days forfeit the balance paid.
