A perfume bar, properly done
A perfume bar is a styled station where guests choose a fragrance, watch it dispensed into a glass bottle, and take it home labelled with your event details. Think of a cocktail bar, but the drink is a scent and it lasts for months.
Ours arrives as a complete installation: a white lacquered bar with an illuminated front panel, a bank of gold-fitted dispensers, crystal glassware, fresh floral styling, and the arched display wall lined with boxed bottles that has become our signature.
Everything is delivered, built, staffed and packed down by our team. You do nothing on the day except point us at the right doorway.
Guests meet the collection
Eight signature fragrances are presented on the bar, each with its name, its mood and its note breakdown. An attendant guides guests through them on dry strips first, so nobody commits blind.
It slows people down in the best way. Guests linger, compare, and talk to each other — exactly what you want a feature station to do.
Their bottle is filled and sealed
Once chosen, the fragrance is dispensed by hand from the gold-fitted taps into a weighted glass bottle, capped and sealed at the bar. It takes under a minute per guest, so the queue keeps moving even at peak.
Bottle sizes are 10ml on our Petite and Signature packages and 30ml on The Maison.
Labelled with your event
Every bottle carries a custom label with your names and your date, and the bar itself carries matching illuminated signage. Guests leave holding something that reads as yours.
Labels are proofed with you before the event, so the typography sits with the rest of your stationery.
Everything arrives with us
Delivery & setup
We arrive up to two hours ahead, build the bar, style it and test every dispenser before doors.
Trained attendants
Uniformed staff run the bar for the full hire period, guiding guests and keeping the queue moving.
Glassware & bottles
Weighted glass bottles, atomisers, crystal jars and testing strips — supplied and replenished.
Custom labelling
Your names and date on every bottle, proofed with you before printing.
Illuminated signage
Lit front panel personalised to your event, plus scent menu display.
Floral styling
Premium faux florals colour-matched to your palette, restyled for every booking.
Pack-down
Quiet, complete removal at the end of the night. The space is left as we found it.

Scent is the memory that lasts
Smell is the only sense wired directly to the parts of the brain that handle memory and emotion. It is why a fragrance can drop you back into a specific room, a specific year, instantly.
Long after the flowers are gone and the playlist is forgotten, your guests still have a bottle in their drawer that puts them back in the room. Very few event elements do that.
What we need on site
- Approximately 3m × 1.5m of level floor for the bar, plus 1.5m clearance for guests
- A further 1.2m × 0.6m if your package includes the arched display wall
- One standard 10amp power outlet within 5m for the bar lighting
- Ground-level or lift access — please flag stairs when booking
- Indoor or fully covered outdoor placement, away from direct sun and rain
- Around 90 minutes of access before guest arrival for setup
